Spacious room with a balcony

The room is spacious , fully furnished with a long balcony that connects to the kitchen. The tenants are 3 boys ages 20-22 and the shared facilities are the kitchen (sink, cabinets,2 fridges, stove, oven, microwave, and a new washing machine), bathroom, separate toilet (recently renovated). We have a cleaning schedule that is strictly followed. The location is in a great neighborhood next to Noorderplantsoen , it takes 10 minutes by bike to reach Zernike campus and 15 minutes walking to reach the center. supermarket Plus is right around the corner and stores like Albert Heijin, Jumbo, Aldi , Kruidvat and Paddepoel shopping center are 10 minutes walking distance. The boys are very kind and reliable we get along very well as communication , respecting each other, keeping a friendly environment is a priority and sometimes we enjoy a beer together. Registration is NOT possible.
