Viewing Assistance Services
We understand that attending property viewings in person isn't always possible. That's why we offer Viewing Assistance Services, allowing you to have a trusted representative from Domakin attend the viewing on your behalf and provide detailed feedback. Go to Viewing

Independent Housing Search – No Cure, No Pay
Domakin researches housing on a client's instructions. Public property pages show verified historical client results for context only; they are not current offers and cannot be applied for.
How it works:
Step 1 – Review past results:
- Browse verified examples of housing previously sourced for clients. Go to Housing examples
- Treat every example as a historical record, not an active room or property-specific application.
- Continue with a general housing search based on your city, budget and move-in date.
Step 2 – Give Domakin a search assignment:
- Share the required search details and accept the housing search terms. Go to Independent housing search
- We research independently and share one suitable property with you at a time.
- You pay only if you secure housing through Domakin's documented efforts. The fee is one month's rent plus 21% VAT, with a minimum fee of €699 incl. VAT. No secured housing means no fee.
Who is this service for?
For students, internationals and other renters who want Domakin to carry out an independent housing search in the Netherlands. Optional preferences can be added after the required details.
Commission through Listing
Clients who list a property through our website are eligible for commission when that property is successfully taken through our platform. The commission is received when the rental contract is signed.
- Earn €200 when directly uploading a room to Domakin.
- Earn €100 when uploading a room through a Domakin Housing Agent.
