Basically, the house has 2 floors and a basement. On the 2nd floor there are 3 rooms and a bathroom. On the main floor there's the living room, kitchen, and toilet. And in the basement there's 2 rooms where we keep the washing machine. The offered room is on the 2nd floor. New tenants will need to purchase the existing furniture for €160. Additionally, the new tenant will take over as head tenant, meaning they will be responsible for collecting rent from other housemates. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 3-minute walk from Lidl and 15 minutes from the train station. There's also a bus stop right in front of the house. A security deposit of 320 euro is also required. Contract must be at least 1 year.
