Spacious room with a balcony

A room is available from August 1st in a shared apartment for an indefinite time. The room is spacious, equipped with a queen-sized bed and a TV. It is located a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride from the city center and has multiple grocery stores nearby. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is shared with only one other person and a clean, responsible roommate is preferred (preferably a girl). The house features two stories, a kitchen, living room, balcony, laundry room, and two bathrooms, situated in a residential area. Registration is possible. The rent is 850 per month.
